Art
Ensley
PRESIDENT
|
Art was employed by BP Exploration and related entities (Sohio
Petroleum Company, Standard Oil Production Company, Tex/Con
Oil & Gas) for 11 years. The first 6 years were spent
in various land department positions including District
Landman for the Mid-Continent Region. The last 5 years
were spent in various budget, planning, acquisitions,
divestitures, and special project positions. After leaving
BP in 1991, Art and his wife Linda formed Ensley Properties,
Inc. and began providing the services described. Art was
briefly employed by Cody Energy, Inc. as Vice President
of Acquisitions and Land. Through Ensley Properties, Inc.,
and as an employee of Cody, Art was a principal contributor
to numerous transactions resulting in Codys asset
foundation. Arts land and transaction experience
is a good combination for identifying, evaluating and
closing property transactions. Art is a 1980 graduate
of the University of Colorado with a bachelors degree
in Mineral Land Management.

Linda
Ensley
VICE PRESIDENT
|
Linda has
been an independent contractor serving a variety of
clients from majors to small independents for her
entire 27-year career. Services have included land
support for exploration and development projects,
asset financing, acquisitions, divestitures, product
marketing and landowner/investor relations, administration
projects and special projects. Since forming Ensley
Properties, Inc., Lindas primary
focus has been managing project teams for acquisition
and divestiture due diligence, asset assimilation,
title review, field support, administration support,
imaging projects and land department personnel support.
This effort utilizes both in-house and field resources
to reach the clients goals. Lindas extensive
client base and broad experience are valuable assets
to our clients and Ensley Properties, Inc. Linda is
a 1979 graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas
with a bachelors
degree in Business Management.

Jim
Dewhirst
|
Jim was employed by BP Exploration and related entities (Sohio
Petroleum Company, Standard Oil Production Company, Tex/Con
Oil & Gas) for 12 years. The first 8 years were spent
in the Joint Interest Department performing diverse functions
including AFE preparation, budgeting, drilling reports,
production analyses, joint interest billing approvals and
communications with outside operators. The last 4 years
included various Gas Department assignments in contracts,
gas control, T&E, and equity gas marketing. After leaving
BP in 1991, Jim was employed as an Account Executive with
PG&E Resources Company. Jim was responsible for gas
supply, gas and crude oil marketing and special projects.
Since contracting with EPI in August, 1995, Jim has brought
numerous oil and gas contacts to assist in identifying opportunities.
Jim is a 1979 graduate of Oklahoma State University with
bachelors degrees in Marketing and Management.

Don was employed by Transco Energy and related entities (Transco
Exploration Company, TXP Operating Company) for 10 years.
His latest position was Senior Landman, which included
responsibilities for special projects, acquisitions and
divestitures. Don, with more than 15 years of PC, mainframe
and network computer experience, has become a specialist
in managing data and information in a variety of computer
environments. By utilizing his experience and numerous
modern software applications, Ensley Properties, Inc.
and its clients have virtually unlimited power to gather,
manipulate and track data and information in support of
their projects. With these tools, Ensley Properties, Inc.
is a leader in providing a proven product reaching past
many manual, tedious methods historically used in land
and related projects. Don is a 1970 graduate of Texas
A&M University with a bachelors degree in Business
Management.

Margie Peeples |
Margie,
is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a degree in Speech Pathology/Audiology
. Her resume is varied and shows her interpersonal and
organizational skills, as she has been a corporate flight
attendant serving personalities from all spectrums including
well-known stars of international repute and royalty.
Margie has been a personal assistant/office manager for
the CEO of a world-wide hotel organization, a major religious
organization, an architectural firm and presently EPI.
Margie lends her organizational skills to EPI by managing
the office administration, contractor relations and contract
preparation, event planning and corporate scheduling.

Suzanne graduated
from St. Edward's University with a degree in Accounting.
In the past she has been a research analyst for an investment
firm as well as being a recruiter for one of the top
law firms in the United Sates. She brings forth her accounting
skills to EPI as the Account Manager

Jim
Newcomb is a 1983 graduate of The University of Texas
at Austin with a degree in Petroleum Land Management.
Jim began his career as a field landman performing oil
and gas leasing as well as right-of-way acquisition.
In 1997 he was named Right-of-Way Manager for UP Fuels
a subsidiary of Union Pacific Resources. After the sale
of UP Fuels to Duke Field Services, Jim moved to the
Land Administration department to head up the Property
Management Group. This team was responsible for the management
of all surface lands owned by Union Pacific Resources.
Total surface ownership at that point was approximately
one million acres. During this time he also supervised
the newly formed digital mapping team. After the acquisition
by Anadarko Petroleum of Union Pacific Resources in 2000
Jim relocated to The Woodlands as Division Order Manager
and Property Management Group leader. In 2003 Jim was
named Manager of Land Administration for Anadarko Petroleum.
He held this position for four years before leaving his
responsibilities as Director of Land Administration to
accept his current role as Manager of Business Development
for Ensley Properties, Inc. Jim's varied experience,
in the field, in house and in management positions, provide
a unique knowledge base for EPI's clients to draw from
for their special projects and staffing needs.
